The foundation started a cancer awareness and de-addiction campaign ‘AYUSH’ which began on 18th July 2015. A certificate of excellence was awarded by the Golden Book of World Records for being the longest Cancer Awareness and de-addiction campaign across the world.
We, at Pashupati, provide food to over 120 employees every day at no cost. Canteen facilities and access to clean drinking water are available at all times. In order to ensure the highest nutritional standards, we ensure that healthier food options are available so that the employees are offered a nutritious diet. Our nutrition standards follow prescribed dietary guidelines to ensure that the nourishment of our staff is taken care of.
Worker safety and welfare are of utmost importance to us. Workers are provided with sufficient safety equipment in the form of masks and earplugs so that they do not fall ill due to the dust and smoke coming out of the machines in the plant. Employees are committed to methodically follow procedures to ensure good quality products.
As a group, we aim not only towards benefits for our employees but also for their families. Our workers’ children are provided educational facilities, and snacks within the campus, and a well-established study area has been set up for that purpose as well where the focus is not only on theoretical knowledge but
The group provides financial assistance for education for employees’ children and also supplies them with the necessary stationery.
In the year 2021, the company pledged to provide scholarships to students of Kadi taluka (130 villages) who lost their fathers due to Covid-19 till High School Graduation.
Pashupati group provides grants to the schools in Kadi which has enabled students to get educational facilities with modern infrastructure.
We believe in protecting all the species of birds and animals that reside on our campus by providing them with water and requisite food grains. Apart from that, the group has a cowshed in the name of “Shreenath Gowshala” in which cows are taken care of by providing them with adequate nutrition and other required facilities. The cows are fed protein-rich supplements which enhance the quantity and quality of milk produced.
